No payment will be asked for if you wish to exercise your rights, unless a request is manifestly unfounded or excessive. In this case, the Legrand Group also reserves the option not to grant your request.

ACCESS TO DATA

Only the following people can access your personal data, within the limit of their authority:
- In-house departments of Legrand SNC, based in France, responsible for managing the Website
- The contractor RUNISO, based in France, responsible for hosting data collected via the Website
- The contractor PROXIMIT, based in France, responsible for developing and managing the Website

UNDER FIFTEEN YEARS OLD

Minors under 15 years old do not constitute the Website’s intended audience. However, access to the Website is not reserved to adults as none of its content is unsuitable for minors under 15 years old.
